Refund and Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be 100% intact and returned with the original sealing packaging and receipt as proof of purchase. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

A return label will be emailed to you and the item can be deposited in any Canada Post office near your area. Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received to our warehouse and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning the item.

Late or missing refunds

• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Damaged goods 

A return might be accepted in case you received damaged goods. Please inform customer service by using the chat option via the website or by contact us via email address or phone number to. If you received the wrong item, please inform customer services and your order will be rectified.

Currently with the COVID-19 pandemic, our courier is experiencing more than usual delays. Expected deliver time using Chitchat Canada service will be between 2-14days.
